Shipping Policy

We currently ship Australia-wide! All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link email once your package is on its way!

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically see below: 

📦 Domestic Shipping (Australia): 2-8 business days standard shipping, 1-4 business days express shipping.

🌍 International Shipping: 6-27 business days standard shipping (we currently ship to the UK, Europe, NZ and Americas! If you are outside these regions and would like to make a purchase, send us an email to let us know!) 

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $95 AUD, and free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 AUD. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect address details. If you have any questions about your delivery, email us at hello@thedailyyou.com.au

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, but if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@thedailyyou.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order for either a refund or exchange. Please ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
